MISSION STATEMENT

 

The mission of the Good Shepherd Theological Seminary is to bring God’s chosen into a deeper and more intimate relationship with God. Through the knowledge of God’s Word, we can teach disciples so that we may arm them with the power to become a brighter light of that city that is set on a hill.

 

 PURPOSE

 

The Good Shepherd exists by God’s grace and for His glory to educate and equip servants for the Church of tomorrow while edifying the Church of today.

OUR OBJECTIVE

GSTS's objective is to train leaders where we can come and grow in an atmosphere that is conducive to the needs of God’s chosen servants. God inspires this campus to instruct His leaders (lack of knowledge is an enemy that can be defeated if we genuinely seek knowledge). GSTS strives to create an atmosphere that provides educational and spiritual values that stimulate students to interact with the total community in spreading God’s Word by:

The mission of the faculty and staff of GSTS is to bring God’s chosen into a deeper and more intimate relationship with God. Through the knowledge of God’s Word, we can teach disciples to train disciples so that we may arm them with the power to become a brighter light of that city set on a hill. We, the GSTS, as a professional, graduate-level school is to glorify God by equipping godly servant-leaders for the proclamation of His Word and the building up of the body of Christ worldwide.
